|Recommended: YesGood place to live, bad neighborhood — Good place to live, for cheaper than the average two bedroom. I'm glad I'm able to live in a quiet building, with good, well mannered neighbors.
Down side is my first night moving in I noticed the roaches, I had to treat my apartment because Pest control did not. But upon notifying management, and other tenants complaining, they had an entire pest control inspections on the whole property. We are still struggling with roaches, waiting on the treatment being scheduled. Some of the people are sketchy characters, just mind your own. Maintenance is Awesome and very nice, and keeps up with requests if I can remember to put them in. Ahaha. Essence is an awesome part of the management office and has always been honest with me, and watched out for my family. All and all, I would recommend living here once the pests are under control in some buildings.
